What will you be doing as our new Senior Engineering Manager?

Quality
- Strategic planning & transformation initiatives
- Embracing innovation – from AI to DfMA to nature-based solutions
- Supporting an ambitious recruitment and resourcing strategy.
- Driving performance, quality, consistency & delivery excellence.
- Building an inclusive, collaborative and forward-thinking culture.
- Supporting the Engineering Director to manage operations, risk and growth.
- Championing sustainability, health & safety, and continuous improvement.
- Representing the @one Alliance within the sector and beyond.
What You’ll Bring
- Degree in Engineering (or related discipline)
- Project & change management experience (qualification desirable)
- Proven leadership in engineering, operations, and transformation
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to inspire and empower others
- Strong experience in improving performance through innovation
- Passion for sustainability, safety and creating long-term impact
