What will you be doing as our new Category Buyer?

As a Category Buyer, you’ll be at the heart of our supply chain operations—ensuring the right goods and services are procured at the right time, for the right price, and to the highest standards. Working closely with both internal teams and external suppliers, your work will directly impact the success of our delivery and innovation goals.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage material codes and catalogue data to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Generate purchase orders and contract numbers in line with procurement strategy
- Coordinate closely with stakeholders to meet strict service level agreements (SLAs)
- Track and resolve aged debt to ensure timely supplier payments
- Partner with Expeditors to manage delivery timelines and supplier performance
- Continuously improve procurement processes through innovation and data insight
- Build collaborative relationships across the business and supply chain
What We’re Looking For
- A genuine interest or experience in Procurement or Buying
- Strong analytical and data skills with great attention to detail
- Confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Able to prioritise, multitask, and manage time effectively
- A collaborative mindset with a passion for process improvement and stakeholder success
