Recruiter
The Role:
To work collaboratively with Stakeholders to meet Regional and Business Unit resourcing demands whilst providing reliable and confident customer service and to ensure an excellent candidate experience that aligns with our Source, Train, and Retain Strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all agency site-based resource requirements you will work closely with the operation teams within the regions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from liaising with stakeholders to understanding resourcing requirements to face-to-face/TEAMS interviewing.
- Onboarding of new hires
- Advertise job adverts on job boards.
- Review and screen CVs and applications
- Providing feedback as needed
- Answering queries from candidates related to the hiring process
- Updating job descriptions such as tasks or modifying requirements
- Reporting to the Recruitment Manager and hiring managers on the status of open jobs
- Sourcing candidates via online platforms
- Creating talent pools
- Participate in careers and job fairs to boost the company’s reputation and visibility
- Work in a collaborative approach with the PSL
- Update recruitment trackers, metrics
- Produce recruitment reports and provide administrative support as and when required
- Attend meetings to keep up to date with future and current recruitment requirements

- Build guide relationships with candidates and ensure high levels of trust and engagement

Person Specification:
The successful candidate is likely to meet all the following criteria:
Essential
- Experience in meeting challenging deadlines in a fast-paced recruitment/resourcing environment
- Background in working within an agency or in-house as a recruitment consultant/Internal Recruiter
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to use Microsoft suite packages
Desirable
- Knowledge of the built environment ideally Civil Engineering
- REC or equivalent recruitment qualification
