Description

Reporting to Recruitment Manager, the Recruitment Administrator is responsible for the effectiveness of the day-to-day Recruitment administration activities, to provide the best support to our customers.

You will be responsible for supporting the Recruitment team with the day-to-day recruitment administration, as well as having the opportunity to get involved with talent attraction.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling both Telephone, Face to Face and TEAMS interviews
  • Support with resourcing suitable candidates for open roles – via job boards/Linkedin etc.
  • Be proactive and committed to building and maintaining strong relationships with both candidates and hiring teams, to instill trust and confidence and ensure a positive experience through the full recruitment process.
  • Performing administrative duties and continuous improvement projects as required to support the wider people team
  • Monitor the recruitment careers email inbox
  • Assist with the production and formatting of job descriptions
  • Providing reports on recruitment activity where needed
  • Enter agency worker new starter information into the Recruit platform
  • Maintain the agency's non-direct spreadsheet
  • Manages recruitment processes in line with GDPR requirements
  • Other duties as required

 Person Specification:

 Essential

  • The successful applicant will have experience working in a similar role in a busy office environment
  • With the ability to prioritise and organise workload
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office suite
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality at all times and in all circumstances
  • Approachable
  • Time management skills
  • An efficient and proactive approach to work
  • Good communication skills
